Hey guys.
I just had a weird issue with my Verizon Moto E4 with Android 7.1.1
Ok so last night I was using my hotspot at a park when my phone began behaving strangely.
First, I locked phone and set it down.
I picked it up a minute later and tried to unlock it with fingerprint sensor and it tole me the fingerprint was not recognized. I thought maybe it was a read error/ grease / oil on the sensor but alas no. I cleaned the phone and it continually refused to unlock.
I had to unlock phone with pattern and I went to Security and added a new print , to which was the same finger and Android did not recognize this .
I deleted the original print profile and the same thumb; now called finger 2 is the unlock code?
on top of this, there is an app missing from my app drawer. I don't know which one but oneoicon is no longer appearing in app drawer.
The keyboard is behaving erratically.
Auto word suggestions are inserting all crazy and making an auto corrected word I tap on look something like this:. ( DoDog )
( anAdroid ) ( verVerizon ).
The whole phone seems unusually glitchy and slow today. What is going on!?
