OK so my phone started acting weird all kinds of new apps I didn't install. They could hear me and watch me. They could delete messages and pictures. Got all my email and passwords. They have not messed with .Money accounts yet. I do have an app installed called chameleon provider. And someone from Columbus with a ZTE Max xl was looking at maps and settings on my phone. I forgot that my experience had my computer for 24 hours I can't even log into it. Then problems with phone started. When I put info in to retrieve password I got a text back at my phone saying here is your new code ex-boyfriend name instead of mine

Means big hacking by black hat unless 2 step verification or a cyber security professional that can do that unless it hard for android users

1 factory reset the phone
2 reset all passwords, including all of them on your computer. (google account associated with the phone FIRST)
3 enable 2 factor authentication wherever possible.
4 get a security token from your bank(s) if possible (it looks a bit like a calculator, and generates 1 time codes for 2FA).
5 Get a new SIM with a new number, and don't use the phone before the new SIM is in the phone and active.
