Reset your Gmail account password

I already did that the have URL and PHP downloaded on phone.. There is somethiny called one handed controller n that app allows you to display on top of other ones, interfere, and change wat you think you are seeing. And apps that allow you to read system info.

In which case I suggest turning off data and WiFi (so nobody can send anything to or read anything from your phone), then uninstall those apps that you suspect. If you can't uninstall them, look in Settings > Security and see if they are set as device administrators: if they are, unselect them there and then try to uninstall them.

If you still can't uninstall them that would imply that they are system apps (either pre-installed or malware that's used some vulnerability in your phone to install itself to system - that should be less common than it was, but will depend on your phone and software version how well protected it is). In that case tell us what these apps are and what phone you have (exact model, including region & carrier), because if you have malware in the system you are going to have to reflash the system software to get rid of it.

Of course there are apps that can read system info for legitimate reasons (which is part of why I suggested telling us what the apps are if you have a problem).

Then, reset your GMail password again and turn on 2-factor authentication.

One thing to watch: don't change your password and then factory reset your phone, as unless your phone is very old that will lock you out of the phone for 24-72 hours. This is "factory reset protection", which is intended as an anti-theft feature but can catch the owner out if they aren't aware of it.
