LG MLT seems to be some device management tool that's common to all LG phones. People report that disabling it doesn't seem to do any harm. It's possible using Titanium Backup if you are rooted, or else this XDA thread seems to have some instructions: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2192012.
