Had to Replace Phone...Can't Remember Game Name

Prior to taking my Dinc swimming, I had an addictive little game where you had to line up these spheres that were connected by colored bonds. You had to line up all the colored bonds so that all the spheres were connected and there were no free bonds. Kind of like chemistry, but fun.

Can anyone tell me the name of this game?

Nope that's not it...it's a very simple game graphically. Circles and lines on a 6x8(?) grid. You just move the pieces around so all the lines are connected to the same color. Kind of like this...
