Help Had to restore to default settings..

I really don't know what the problem was but i didn't have internet at all at a sudden!!! Not wifi not mobile internet!!! Nothing and the icons dissapeared too!! I called my phone provider 3x and my internetprovider(is another company) and the shop where i bought my phone and my internetprovider said i had to change "proxy" and "proxyport" and stuff and the shop where i bought it said i had to reset all to default settings... .

I had no choice and resetted to default settings and lost everything g*ddamned!!! But ok my internet came back.

Why i tell this is that i want to know if someone had this same problem too and what would be the problem?? Just 2 days ago i installed "Battery Guardian" and "Clean Master" both to save battery because as soon as the screenlock activates both programs shut off internet and all the programs in that runs in the background.. so maybe 50x/day my internet gets shut off and back on and now i'm doubting if this could be the problem????

Hello Samsung11. That sounds like the kind of device I would not keep. ;)

Repeated issues that seem to speak to both software and hardware quality (lack thereof) warrant a return for exchange or refund, in my opinion.

The reason for that is simple: you did receive the device in the "default conditions" when you purchased it, I presume. If it went south at some point after that, repeatedly, then it'll likely do it again. There may be remedies that work for a while, and we do see things such as what you describe resolved sometimes, but this time it looks...well, worse.

I'd put on my happy face and negotiate an exchange posts haste.

Can you be a little bit more clear?? So what went wrong in your oppinion and why? Tell me that?

Have you tried uninstalling these 2 apps first? Maybe that could have solved your problem without the factory reset.

No man i didn't thought about it. But now i only use "Battery Guard" and if i'm going to have the same problem i will first try to delete it.
