I have phoned Samsung Support and they have sent over a box in which I can send the phone to them to be looked at. Within a week after I send it to them they will tell me what the price to fix it is and so on... I'm worried because the price offered by companies online is around £112. I can't pay that much, at least not for a while... Is there anything I can do that's more affordable?
I dropped the phone from 2.6ft with a case on it... It's got Gorilla Glass 4 and it's done for... My cousin's Moto G (1st gen) is smashed and works fine! I did have software issues with it before, but that can't be related, right?
