Help HALP! Need flashing assistance!

I'm currently trying to install the leaked flash of JB as per this article here:

I'm at the point where I boot up into recovery mode, but it doesn't give me the option to update the phone from INTERNAL storage, just EXTERNAL storage.

How do I do that? I don't have any external storage. Just the stock storage the phone comes with.

You need a microSD card.

Now when I go to install I'm getting:

error in /tmp/sideload/package.zip

Any ideas?

A few things can cause that - one of them being your phone is not the model the update was designed for.

If OTAs fail, try using ODIN to flash it.

Hmm. I'm 99% sure that the model is right. Maybe there's a corrupted file in the zip. I'm not familiar with Odin so I'll just have to wait for the update.
