Help HAM2 questions

I could have posted this in the "What Do You Like/Dislike" thread but this is more questions rather than pros and cons.

I love my Mate2 but there are some minor things that annoy me and I am hoping someone may have figured out how to change/fix these things (perhaps after rooting with the guide on the XDA forums, which I have not done).

Shutter sound: While I am using CameraMX at the moment to replace the stock camera app because it allows muting of the sound, I would prefer the stock one. I simply like it more (I would not have thought it, but the silly sounding "groufie" feature is amazing for vacations). I believe the way to disable the sound would be to delete the .ogg sound file but I cannot find it. Perhaps I can find it after I root the phone? I've never rooted an android, so I don't know.

Sound warning: Every once and awhile when my sound is high (doesn't even have to be maxed), I get a warning that listening to music too loud for too long may damage my hearing. 'Thanks mom' but I don't need to be told how to listen to music, and FYI, you don't know that I am playing it over a bluetooth speaker with a volume control of it's own which is set at low. Perhaps there is a place to disable this?

Power intensive program found: While I really appreciate when it lets me know I've forgotten some game open, it gets annoying when it notifies me that the stock music app is power intensive and still running. Of course it's still running because I can still hear the music! I even have it checked off as a protected app (and have had it this way since day one).

Wifi connect list: I turn on/off my wifi religiously when leaving the house or coming home and it seems like 3 out of every 4 times I turn it back on, it drops down a list of all available wifi signals, and stays on that screen after connecting. But again, it doesn't always do this. IMO, do it always, do it never, or give me the choice because I have not found that option.

Turn on USB storage: When clicking that "Turn on USB storage" button it seems only about 50% of the time does one more screen come up asking me if I am sure. This would be an annoyance, but after plugging it in, I already have to press the power button, slide down from the top for the quick launch screen, press the "Turn on USB storage" item in the list, then press the "Turn on USB storage" button at the bottom... one more button is completely unnecessary. And it is proven unnecessary when it doesn't happen half the time.

Auto shut down: I only drain the battery twice a week, so this is not a big deal, but is there a way to allow me to drain the battery to 0%? I can only get to 3% of so before it tells me "battery drained, shutting off". And that is after having to deal with a non-stop red light starting at 9%. IMO, it should not be allowed to pester me for a couple of hours about the low battery (on top of disabling camera flash and whatever else it restricts at low power), and then not let me even use all the battery.

Incoming text sound: Having the phone speaker play the text notification sound while sound is on bluetooth headphones. This has only ever happened twice so I do not know if it was a fluke, but both times I was in a crowded place and it was embarrassing so I been extremely careful to turn off notification sounds while listening to music in public since. Anyone ever have this issue?

Anywho, I am new here so I apologize for being so needy right off the bat, but I am hoping others have had these issues and might enjoy answers as well. Edit: forgot to say thanks in advance to anyone who has suggestions for any of the above nuisances.

Also, besides those rather minor complaints, I've had this phone for nearly 6 months and absolutely love it. So don't let this wall of whining suggest that I don't care for my phone. :)
