Handcent on the droid. Scrolling problem

Hey guys, am I the only one on the Droid that is bothered by the way handcent flick scrolls? when you press your finger to the screen during scrolling it doesnt stop or slow down the scrolling like the default messaging app does. Is there any way to fix this or any other nice sms app?

I haven't heard of that issue with any other Droids.

Email the dev explaining the issue. He's very helpful and responds promptly.

You could try re-installing it.

If you want another sms app then try Chomp. It's just as good as Handcent. For me, though, Handcent is a tad bit faster on my phone.

Thanks for the response. Nah I've tried uninstalling. Its not really an issue as much as just an annoyance. it scrolls fine its just not like how regular scrolling works. Thats a good idea though. Ill shoot him an email.

Ive used chomp. Call me crazy but there is one thing that just really bugs me about it. The bubbles borders look distorted, or just not very clear, no where near as clear as handcents.

I just updated Handcent to see if I would have the same problem, and I did. I emailed the dev. Just waiting for a response now.
