Handcent Popups

When I use the pop up feature of Handcent, I can reply to the message from the pop up window, but it does not go away from my notification bar. The notification icon does not go away until I actually go into my Handcent app and read the message manually. It's really annoying, does ANYONE know how to fix this??
 
What's your notification icon, a blue one, or a different one? The reason I'm asking is that what you're seeing MAY be the notification from the STOCK sms app.

You need to disable the notifications for the stock app separately. :)
