Handcent Trouble

When ever I get a text message Handcent plays a song from my MP3's. Even though I have set it to use a simple notification. The song plays all the way through too, the only way I can silence it is to turn off my ringer volume. But then I have no ringer. lol

Anyone else see this problem or have a solution?

Interesting. I've never had a single issue with Handcent, and I use it quite a bit.

I did when I installed a new microSD card. It also messed up my contacts ringtones as well.

All I did was make sure they were changed back but have you tried to uninstall and reinstall?

Haven't tried an uninstall. Will try that I guess. Might check out chompSMS while I'm at it, as I've heard that it is really good.
