Hang in welcome text

(Galaxy Y GT-S5360) I was taking my picture and suddently my camera (camera360) hangs. And i removed the battery so that i could restart it. When i do. It stuck in the welcome note. Wich is the text saying SAMSUNG. and it cannot be open till now. What should i do?
