Hanging issue... Critical

Hi.. It has been a long time now since My phone is been a mess.. Gets hang every now and then and to get it restored I have to lock and then unlock it Using power Button on right side.
Hard formatted it thrice, visited service centre they said it is an issue with software.. Can someone help. Me.

After you reset it, how soon after resetting does it start to hang?
Wondering if it is a misbehaving app that you keep downloading after resetting?

That might be what the "software" issue is, on the other hand maybe a hardware problem, in which case that's something for the service agent to fix or it's time for a new phone.

Yeah, that thought ran through my head too if it froze without any apps downloaded
