Just got my 10 a few days ago and the first thing I noticed is that Hangouts does not notify me promptly when I get new messages. In fact I do not get notifications unless I open the app and check for new messages. Unfortunately I use Hangouts almost exclusively as my messaging app to talk to family and close friends. I checked the notifications settings between my old M8 and my new 10 but I do not notice any differences. Anybody have any clue why this is?
