Happy Saint Patrick's Day

Happy St Pat's day everyone! Though I no longer party hard on the 17th, I never fail to enjoy my family's traditional meal of corned beef and cabbage. I'm not nearly as Irish as I was told but that hasn't changed my traditions. Being Irish has little to do with the USA holiday. I hope that you enjoy the day and share a smile.

Just cabbage and carrots I imagine with dinner tonight, we still have a lot of left over cabbage.

I don't know if I'm more hungry for corned beef and cabbage or leftovers turned into Reuben sandwiches. Being as I try to do low salt, I'm steering clear of chips and dip sort of snacks for a couple of days. I have no desire to limit the consumption of my salt brined brisket.

Yeah I just sometimes go haywire on snacks sometimes, and other times, not too much.
