happy yet inept

hi everyone. i am so happy to find this website and hopefully gain knowledge about my phone and about watever else is on here. i am enthusiastic yet lacking in skills where electronics etc. are concerned. hence, i have destroyed my new phone, but, more about that later when i cry for help (as soon as i figure out how to do that, groan..). happy today to everyone!

hey everyone and thank you. i have a samsung intercept and i have destroyed it i am afraid. i have had it under a month. the battery was draining so quickly that i deleted some of what i though were xtra apps. unfortuanetely, now i cannot make calls and incoming calls go straight to voice mail. when i go to the apps folder it doesnt show the apps in th eriunning folder and i dont know how to get them back. they are all samsung apps. how do i see if anyone knows about this please? where would i ask thats appropriate? thanks for any help.
