My wife received her 4th Droid 2 replacement phone yesterday. Each one comes straight from Verizon with a serious performance flaw. The latest one has the 4 haptic lights on the bottom of the face permanently lit up. Stock ROM. They even stay on when I powered down the phone, but went out with no battery, so we ruled out a haunted phone.
Any ideas? I am sick of sending back these phones, and now VZW CS is telling us that beginning next month we will have to pay shipping for warranty returns if we don't carry insurance. Starting to get fed up with this BS!
