Help Hard Reset?

Hi there, i got a really big problem. My kid was playing with this phone, and put a security pin on, and i think 'no problem, wipe data with adb', but, surprise, usb debug it's turned off!

i can't find anything abput hard reset on this phone, neither firmware or anything, can you help me?
