has anybody done this?

Now with the newer data (Mobile Share Advantage) plan which increases the number of shared GB from 2 to 3 GB per mo., plus allows roll-over data the same as the older plan, and has no overage charges if your data limit is exceeded, has anybody switched their plan? The cost is the same or slightly less than the older plan, and the only caveat is that the speed is slowed to 2G (128 Kbps) speeds only after the monthly limit has been exceeded. The contract commitment remains the same, in other words remains unchanged, with the switch.

With these things in mind, does anyone see a downside to switching their shared 2GB/mo. plan?

@Canesfan I work for AT&T Tech support and I think the new Mobile Share Advantage plans are awesome! Especially combined with a home WiFi connection, the new plans allow for "unlimited" browsing and no overage charges! If you haven't yet, I'd give it a go!
