There's a few million apps out there, could be one of them, maybe very lucky and someone recognises it.

I have to ask though, Is it important that you know what it is, or is it just for your curiosity? .

It looks like it could be from the utopia launcher that you have going on there

You've only seen it in photos, never in real life? So where are you getting the photos from? It's hardly a prominent feature of them, so I think it unlikely that you'd find these unless either it's very common or the photos are tagged in some way that identifies this icon as a feature of the photo, and I don't think this is common (your threads are the only place I've ever seen this, and nobody else is able to identify it either). So how are you finding these images, because that seems the best lead you have on what it is?

What exactly are you worried about, other than its most likely from that launcher being used.

These are photos posted by individuals working with a startup company. Just trying to figure out if it is part of a unique OS or just some app since nobody knows for sure what it is.
