Apparently Wear OS 2.6 has Tiles built in: it's a server-side feature, so it's a matter of Google flipping a switch to activate it. While there are reports of Huawei Watch 2 and Montblanc Summit 2 watches getting it, my son has the Huatch 2 and I have the Summit 2... neither of us have Tiles yet. So it's hit or miss.
