Root Has anyone tried any custom kernels like Franco?

So I have had my Avant rooted for a while now, and I want to get some extra functionality. Has anyone tried any custom kernels on the Avant?

EDIT: I just found that Franco supports nexus devices only. >.<
But still, has anyone tried any custom kernels?

Only custom kernels for the Avant are the one that came with AOKP and the kernels that aznrice has (which are for AOKP and his test CM12), you can't simply flash away any kernel you find. Just like Franco kernel is only for nexus devices, a kernel has to be made specifically for the device.
