Hashtag problem

Hello,

I got another problem with instagram, i can't add hashtag in comments and i can't add hashtags when i upload content, not even one.

Any idea how to solve that problem ?

Any chance you can get a screenshot or video of the problem? Seems odd since literally it's just typing on a keyboard? What happens when you type a #hashtag?
And just to clarify you mean hashtag and not tagging people, right?

I can't because i don't know how to screen but i'll try my best to explain correctly.
So, when i want to upload a picture, i usually tag the owner of the picture and then i write a bunch of hashtag. I'm a pretty new account (1 day, 8 upload with around 20 hashtag each).
But since a couple of hours it stopped working, when i write a description with a tag and hashtag it does not work. The pic is uploaded but the description disapear.
When i type a bunch of word without tag or hashtag it works.

I heard about the shadowban if you do a certain type of stuff that you're not supposed to do (too many hashtag ?)
