[FONT="]I just want to give a big thumbs up to the AT&T service I received this week. Back in April I purchased 2 Iphones for my daughters and last week they were both stolen. Unable to track or recover them I figured we were out of luck. I called customer support to see if there was anything they could do to get us new phones. They said while Apple puts restrictions on the Iphone he could give us and other phone at new contract price. I got 2 HTC One X. He then waived the new activation fees on both phones and shipped them overnight for free. All the while he was very polite and understanding. Something I never would have expected when I placed the call. Hats off to AT&T![/FONT]
