Have installed Norton Applock.
Have accidentally activated Applock at night when tired and sleepy.
How to remove Applock if Settings are locked
I know about reset which is once again found in settings
Is there some other way to restore to factory settings and thereby remove applock
I cannot uninstall Norton Applock which self-protects
What about the contact database-Is there a way to copy to SIM before a reset to factory settings
I copied and pasted the entire internal storage to my computer by connecting the Alba with cable
But there is no folder called contacts
so have I or have i not copied contacts
I am generally having hiccups with internet etc and trouble exiting photos /camera to go back to main menu and want to ask if anyone knows this phone and does it have inherent bugs or defects
