having issues with accuweather clock widget

Accuweather clock widget wanting me to force close.
here's how it reads.......
the application twlauncher (process com.sec.android.apparently.twlauncher) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

How can i set the correct time on AccuWeather Clock.
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S. On install the clock shows
the correct time, as soon as i input my location (London) the clock goes
back 1 hour yet, when i refresh the weather bar the time it
shows is correct on the bar. Do you know how to resolve this problem.

Phone settings > Date & time > Automatic (tick the box) then reboot phone.
