My wife and I both bought the same phone at the same time. A Straighttalk Huawei h881c(believe it's an Huawei ascend 2). I can't get my phone to play any kind of sound when I get a text. I've gone to the main settings increased all volume to max and changed notification ringtone there. I've also gone into messages Then menu then settings and changed my notification ringtone there. It worked one time and hasn't worked since. My wife followed the the directions I did to the t and hers works fine. She even tried to do the same to my phone and it still won't work..Anyone that has any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated..Please help!!
