Having trouble with Asphalt 5 and other apps

Hi there once installing and running asphalt 5 among other apps to my galaxy nexus I have run into the problem of the game being displayed in the top right corner much smaller than the actual screen I would post screen shots but unfortunately I'm new here and this forum doesn't permit it.
