I have read the broken data sticky, and although I felt like I was reading a different language, I'm pretty sure it didn't apply to the problem I'm having. I checked the three symptoms that sticky listed, and my phone is good on all three.
Here's my problem: My internet is VERY spotty. Even when I am not moving. My husband has MetroPCS also, and he rarely loses connection. I feel like I am constantly fighting with mine. Sometimes if I turn my WiFi on and back off, it will reconnect to 4G. Sometimes I have to turn my phone off and back on to make it connect. Most of the time I don't even have 4G, I have 1G or 1x, even though I have a 4G plan. I could be sitting right next to my husband and he is using the internet without a problem, and I am losing mine repeatedly. Is there some reason for this that I can fix? (preferably in layman's terms, if you don't mind
