Help Having trouble with SD card in a Galaxy S2

Hey everyone. I just bought a 64 gb sd card for my Samsung Galaxy S2 and formatted it to the phone. I moved all the extra apps to the new card, but for some reason when I try to update, it says there isn't enough memory to complete. My USB card is full of pictures, and I haven't figured out how to move them over yet. So technically my phones memory is full. That shouldn't effect whether I can update my game apps that are moved over. Can you help me/
 
When you move an app to the SD card the entire app does not move. For an app to function some of it must be installed in the system partition. Since that partition is full, you cannot update.

I don't know what you mean by 'USB card'.
