Root Having troubles with Doomlord Files and SDK

I'm trying to root my Breakout with Zergrush. The only way to do it, apparently, is with the doomlord kit. I downloaded and opened it, and downloaded the SDK.

I enable debugging on the phone, and plug it in. When I try to use the Doomlord .bat file, I get this:

And it just sits there and does nothing...so I close it and try again and get this:

But it will do no more. What am I doing wrong?

I am not ADB expert, but I had the same problem on an other phone and I tried ending adb.exe in Task Manager and started over again and it worked.

Personally, I used SuperOneClick to root my Breakout and it worked flawlessly..
