That is a very broad question indeed. The answer, yes, maybe and no.
There are many ethernet to micro USB adaptors available. Do they work? No idea.
There are some device specific workarounds and hacks available, but without the proper drivers for your specific device.......
Also of note, all the methods I found require a rooted device.
Maybe if you told us what you are trying to accomplish we could find a work around.
