HBO Go (Using Charter) help

Hey guys, I read these forums a lot and now that I have a issue with an app I figured this is one of the places to ask so I have signed up. I downloaded the HBO Go app and got it working. I use charter, so I login with my charter email address and then it asks you to create a user id for HBO Go. I completed that and was watching shows no problem. Once I quit the app is when I have issues, whenever I go back into the app, I sign in with the charter email address and everytime it wants me to create a new HBO Go id. I can't login with an existing id. I put the same user id in as the first time and it says this is already taken please try another. Anybody out there with a similar issue? The app was great at first, but then this happened and I dont want to have to create a new id every time i want to use the app. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I should also mention I did try to email the developer listed but I get a email undeliverable returned to me.
 
I'm one of the lucky few who doesn't have any problems. With my DirecTV account I had no trouble signing on with a Vibrant (stock Froyo), an iPhone4 and an iPad2. Performance has been very good on all three. Reading the app comments section of the various platforms there are people having sign-on issues across multiple devices and platforms. Most of the performance-related issues (stutter, lag, etc.) seem to be with Android devices. Sorry I can't be much help.

Still waiting for Gingerbread on the Vibrant, but heard it's not compatible with HBO GO, which if it's true is a dealbreaker. I'll choose HBO content over any trivial OS tweaks any day.
