Hi There,
New to the forum, and please forgive my ignorance on phone knowledge
I have a Desire HD which i have owned for several weeks and very happy with it until today!
I purchased the phone from a work colleague who had owned i for a month without any issues.
Today i cannot make/receive calls or texts. It is acting like it is in Airplane mode, but isn't!
I also had the message "Airplane mode on please turn off to make call" this mode was not switched on at the time and only appeared twice and not appeared since trying the phone.
I have tried the sim in several of my older phones and there are no issues, i can make calls and send texts.
I have been into settings and cannot open 'Call forwarding' 'Call Barring Settings' or 'Additional Settings'. When i try to open any of these settings the message 'Network or SIM card error' appears.
I do however still have full internet access.
Any help on how to cure this would be greatly appreciated.
