When I first opened up my RAZR I loved it. It was incredibly fast and smooth. That all changed fast and my phone began to suffer after the original update from gingerbread to jellybean. It began to detect an HDMI connection whenever my phone is turned off or restarted. Which is strange considering I had never once connected an HDMI cable to it and still never have. It flips my display and I have to go into settings and toggle the HDMI connection on to correct it until I have to restart or turn it off.
I researched it when it first started happening and found others with the same problem and decided to see if it would be addressed in a future update considering that quite a few others had already asked the questions and there were no remedies given at the time.
Well here I am close to two years later. Still experiencing the same problem after several updates downgrading my phone further and further. Finding no solutions other than rooting my phone is simply annoying. Is there a fix for this?
