HDMI to AVI?

Got some older TVs in hotels and such where HDMI won't work. Any such thing as HDMI (droid X) to AVI? Probably not since digital to analog.
 
AVI is a audio/video container for video on computers. :confused:

And nope, your out of luck when it comes to HDMI to analog. Without any sort of digital to analog converter, of course.

Yep, hdmi to avi is like trying to turn an apple into a car, two completely different things. The cheapest hdmi to analog converter i have seen is $150 bucks.
