Headphone Jack on the pro

hey guys, thinking of getting a pro and head a question about using it as an mp3 player.

i'm coming from a droid 1 and my main concern is the headphone jack. i've had 3 droid 1's have headphone jacks go out on me to the point where i just use my separate mp3 player for music. its also a common problem with the droid 1, but wanted to see if anyone had any issues or so likewise with the pro. if anybody doesn't know what it is, the droid 1 would start getting staticky with the sound, and then start cutting off when the headphones were wiggled. just hope motorola fixed that issue.

also any comments on sound quality? im sure its good but may as well ask.

I've only had mine for a few days, but so far the headphone jack feels a lot tighter and sturdier than the D1's. The plug clicks into place quite firmly.

So far mine works just fine. I use it daily in my car with the jack, probably at least 2-3 inserts/removals per day, haven't noticed any issues.

cool thanks for the input. went to the store to check it out and it looks like they did upgrade the jacks from the original droid. stuck my headphones in and definitely felt more stable.
