Headphone Jack

My headphone jack, is jacked up. If music is playing out if the speaker, and i plug in the headphones, sound does not transfer. If i put the headphones in before opening music, it will play through the headphones, but will not play out of external speaker when unplugged.

when i had an iphone it used to things like that.

My iPhone did this:

*scenario 1: music playing with headphones*
Unplug headphones, music would stop

*scenario 2: music playing without*
Plug in headphones, music would continute through headphones.

With the nexus one, the music stops in both scenarios.
