Headphones won't work without microphone plugged in

I have HyperX Cloud II headphones, but this doesn't really matter. The microphone in these headphones is separate and without connected microphone, the headphones are not recognized by the phone. On my old p9 lite, it was possible to put in headphones with a microphone, and then the microphone could be put out and everything would work. But on p30 this "lifehack" doesn't work. I assume that the phone recognizes the connection of headphones by the presence of a connected microphone, respectively, the question is: is it possible to somehow use the headphones without a stuck microphone?
 
How are you actually connecting the HyperX headphones to the P30 Pro? Because I believe these are wired headphones, no Bluetooth, and AFAIK the P30 Pro doesn't have a headphone jack.
 
Oh, my bad. I have actually p30 lite, but I when I was making thread there wasn't option "lite" or just p30.
