Help Heads up notification for lollipop

Priority mode sort of does what you want.

Although very flexible, the shortcoming of this system is that you must individually set all notification producing apps to "Block" status if you want no heads-up. If you want to kill all notification from an app (not just heads-up), goto Settings > Apps and uncheck "Show notifications" for each individual app, just as in the previous version of Android.
