Hello,

I'm having some trouble with (all) third party headset button apps that monitor the headset input and send out a 'Next Track" or "Pause/Play" message to audio apps. I know that the input and headset is fine, since the HeadsetButtonController app has a debug mode and it's telling me that it has detected the button presses just fine, but the messages apparently aren't being sent to the music apps. Instead, either nothing happens, or on a long press, Google Now opens, which I'm guessing is the crux of the problem (as in, the OS is interfering somehow). I'm not really sure to be honest, and apparently I'm not googling for the right terms.

The odd thing is that it was working just fine for about a week, but now it doesn't. Any ideas?
