I recently purchased some Skull Candy Heavy Medals with the built in controller for volume, pause, mic, etc. The salesman failed to mention that these wouldn't work with my Gen 3 iPod or my Droid X2. I took them back, but all they offered was store credit which was worthless to me. The guy there today did mention an app that would allow me to use the controls on these ear buds, but of course by the time I was out of the mall, I had forgot what he said the name of the app was. Tried doing some searching through the market, and the closest I could find was "Headset Button Controller". Downloaded the trial version, but can't get it to work still.
Anybody else in the same boat, had the same problem, offer up an app that will get these working on my Droid X2?
