I have G3 now for nearly 12months now I am experiencing problems I can hear the ring tone but not the caller.
Then I make a call same thing?

It sounds like you have a bad speaker, however, a little debug could narrow down the problem. If you switch the call to speakerphone, can you hear the caller? If you use either a wired or bluetooth headset can you hear the caller? If you only can't hear the caller on the earpiece, then the most likely cause is a bad speaker. Otherwise, there is a much more fundamental problem with the phone.
