What app does the heart in the top left of the status bar represent?

You could just pull the notification slide down to see what's posting notifications there.

But if you are worried about your relationship (apologies if I'm jumping to conclusions, but we do get an awful lot of "I've seen a heart icon on my partner's phone, what does this mean?" posts) I think you can relax: to me that looks like the Google Fit icon.
