Help Heart rate monitor during exercise?

I'm intrigued by the Gear S. Does anyone know yet whether the heart rate monitor works well during exercise, unlike the Gear Fit?

I have the same problem with the heart monitor on my gear to watch I call Sam son and they told me to roll the watch over and put it over the main vein even though it is harder just see that way while I am exercising but I do get a much better reading where if I was to put it on the top of my wrists it does not read as well or sometime it does not read at all I am also curious about the S watch myself. But I hope you purchase it first and tell me all about it

This is the watch band off of the galaxy gear 2 about 3 weeks old. I was riding along in the car and it just fell off the two screws at the base of the clamp or whatever they are just came out if I had my hand out the window
