Ok soo i got the donut update this morning on my tmobile g1 and now the phone wont load up after loading the android screen it freezes on a blank screen

i have tried to downgrade to cupcake and donut using the Android System Recovery and installing the update from the SD card but i get the following message

Install from sd card.......
Finding update package.....
Opening update package....
Verifying update package......
Installing update......
Installation aborted.

any advise ?

delete the update you have and download this one...if that doesnt work then bring in you phone for fixing

ok tried that didnt work looks like im gonna have to send it off to HTC do you think they will be able to tell i have been trying to load the software on manually will this void my warranty i know that the g1 has a warranty period of 2 years for the handset and 6 months for the battery
