This is my first post and I have been reading here a lot so wanted to say hi first and second I am looking in to custom rom's but cant make a decision yet.
I owned many iphones before and the last Iphone I had was the iphone 4 16 gb but then I got really fed up with Itunes spitting out errors at me to the point that I finally made a decision to sell the iphone and make the switch to Android.
Then I went out and got me a used Samsung S Captivate I896 which was locked to Rogers and Rooted then applied the lag fix and unlocked the phone so I can use it on Telus.
So my question is which rom should I install on my phone and also I dont want to end up with the AT&T boot logo either cause I also installed before a custom kernel but the minute I saw the at&t logo I re flashed the phone back to stock.
So if any Rogers captivate owners have done this what would you suggest to me to do.
Keep in mind that I am fairly new to this Android thing but have jailbroke my iphones all the time so I can learn quick if I have to.
Also is there a way to remove the Rogers boot screen logo?It does not bother me but I would remove it if there was a way to do it.
