Hello Im Stephinee & Im new, obviously Im so upset that I cant post support questions yet. I am so lost & cant find help anywhere!!..Oh well, rules are rules...Can someone just explain how I'll be able to reach the required number of posts to have the filter removed? Thanks

You can post support questions... you just can't post links in your first post - this is to try and cut down on spammers!

If you find the device sub-froum for your phone/tablet and post your support question in there, then I'm sure one of our members will be able to help.
