Hi,

My name is Dan. I consider myself to be something of a power user. But the more I learn the more I feel as though I've just scratched the surface. I'm mostly a lurker on forums, generally just soaking up information. But I figured I'd join and try to contribute to some of the conversation where I feel I can.

Current device is an LG Spectrum (VS920). I'd note what ROM I'm on but that seems to be changing a lot as the 4.3 ones are just coming out and aren't completely stable bits aren't completely functional yet, so I'm testing this and that as they're improved. I'm stuck with Verizon and their locked down to hell phones, but I need their coverage where I live. Will be getting a new phone relatively soon, probably a G2.

Glad to be here and hope to learn more and meet some cool people!
 
This is first time I've owned a smartphone and it is a Kyocera Hydro. I look forward to learning from all of you.

It's great to have you here as a new member Dan. I do hope you enjoy these forums. There is a lot of information here and it's all contributed by friendly helpful members such as yourself.
